Pros

A growing company where hard work pays off. Top performers are rewarded for their efforts. Software development pace is fast with emphasis on innovation. Junior and senior developers work together as team. Good opportunities to learn new development techniques and employ latest Microsoft technology. Great company, products and technology that continue to improve. Developer peer code reviews and QA promote software quality.

Cons

Expectations are high. Company growing out of existing office space, but I hear more will be available soon. Like most companies, a few co-workers don’t give their best efforts.
