Pros
Apex enjoys high customer satisfaction rates. This is a direct result of the hard work and positive people that work there. The customer base is strong and the opportunity is endless. I have found leadership to be very accommodating and open to input. Have always had the tools I need to do my job and really enjoy my fellow associates. Its a growing business and has a bright future.
Cons
Although mentioned above as a Pro it can be a con. Growth. New faces, new software, new departments......Its a rocky road at times. I believe this will come to pass, and not out of the ordinary for any company experiencing growth. We sometimes bite off more than we can chew. The customers obviously love the 'bend over backward' mentality but it can put a strain on the resources.
