      Strong molecule, good science, ambitious company

      Cons

      In a few words total and utter chaos. Serious micromanagement issues, that create bottlenecks in all internal processes,timelines 3x more difficult to achieve and adds, in a lot of cases unnecessary, stress and pressure.

      Only the salary is more than the average in the market, I can say...

      Nobody knows about the future projects, and you are just pulling off another irrelevant project; there is no plan, all chaos. Nobody cares what you know; what is your experience on, they are just paying money and expecting everything that they requested.
