      Can’t really think of one.

      Cons

      Too many to mention. The culture here is sad. It hurts to go into work with everyone equally as upset since management continuously looks for ways to cut employee pay while at the same time they spend recklessly on meaningless software or outdated equipment. The result is rain cloud where management makes sure you leave at the day end knowing you did nothing useful and that we sell a inferior product.

      Fantastic Company truly. They offer company benefits and have a excellent learning structure

      In the Portugal Office there is bullying,harassment and a mobbing structure if you don't fit in. This is not the full office but departmental. Infr0nt of a.senior supervisor my direct supervisor walked up to us and made an age/disability joke( which wasn't funny) he asked if we.were talking about hip replacements surgeries? Yes I'm the oldest or.one of the oldest in the office plus disabled 2 form of lupus. Same guy well both of them left.me off of the.last 2 shifts bids.
