Pros

Freedom to operate by yourself originally, easy work schedule, not complicated work, comfortable clothes, no direct competition, original managers were easy to work with.

Cons

Pay was awful, benefits were non existent, wanted money back after new manager hired, New manager had no idea what was going on, was secret shopped on multiple occasions, shifts were for a 4 hour clip per day, travel all over new jersey for no extra money.

Pros

Travel discounts? That's pretty much it.

Cons

This might be the WORST place I have ever worked in my entire life. I would recommend that you stay AWAY from the marketing department! The company has “cliques” or “cool groups”. If you don’t fit in, they ignore you. The marketing department is extremely “catty” and very condescending. Make sure you ask about the vacation policy and how it works. They like to keep that part quiet. When I worked there, they had it set up so there were NO paid holidays. That means, if you were hired at the end of the year, you may not of accrued enough vacation to cover the mandatory time off. That’s right – they force you to take time off and if you can’t cover with vacation, you just don’t get paid. Oh – they also close for an extended period of time around Christmas and New Years. So – if you are taking this job for extra Holiday money – don’t be surprised when you don’t end up with what you wanted!

Pros

Flexible schedule and low expectations from employees. They will let you buy things ahead of time on an employee card ie food, trips, sunglasses, energy drinks and misc bs

Cons

The list is extensive. If you want to work with 20 something's with no drive or professionalism that 50% have multiple felonies this is your job. Maybe career.
