Pros

Training is superb for taking you to the next level.

Cons

It is very heartbreaking when you are trained not enough through and you are not provided a specific time period to proof whether you are cable or not. All of a sudden, you come to a conclusion about a candidate.

Pros

People are nice and welcoming in the beginning and the bonus are nice.

Cons

Training does not prepare you for the amount of stress you are going to endure. My supervisor was rude when I got to the floor and not helpful at all.
