      Pros

      Fair, flexible, lots is opportunity. Only need to worry about your job if YOU aren't doing what you are supposed to be doing. Great onsite benefits and people are also great - all levels.

      Cons

      Culture isn't for everyone's personality. Plan changes daily. Quick paced, high expectations, competitive and no BS -- but that's only a con if you can't handle it.

      Why not a negative rating or at least a zero. A 1 is way too high. I Can hardly express how much I hated this job!!!

      Pros

      Great co-workers. Supervisors tried to help. Nice building and onsite benefits.

      Cons

      Commissions dropped, then dropped again - and then again. HORRIBLE company, product, customer service. Unrealistic expectations with 50-60 percent of the department always under a write up for low performance when the product and the system made even average performance near impossible. ALWAYS hiring because people can't wait to get another job and even people who have worked 5-10 years there are flying out the door. I now know what it must feel like to be released from prison. I have been in the work place for almost 40 years and this was by FAR the worst place I have ever worked. Don't even consider this place.

      You can make decent commissions, but they lowered the commission percentage by half.
