      We are learning every day! Giving us the motivation to do better customer service to our members while enjoying the job. Thank you to our trainer's patience, effort and sharing their knowledge. Arrivia definitely care and value their employees!

      Pros

      Employees are the best to the point that they are sharing all their experiences in life just for us to achieve and learn all the things we need to learn in everyday life even if it's work-related stuffs or not.

      Cons

      As of right now, I don't see any downsides working here at Arrivia.

      commisions were decent at a point and used to be a great sales environment

      Cons

      do not value their employees, management pockets a lot of the spiffsand comisiions whiilethe US based employees have far better treatment , benefits, pay and respected
