      Pros

      Travel is a great industry to work in - no 2 days are the same! Some days are up, some days are down - But, the one constant with ICE is working for a great and supportive company, every day.

      Cons

      None at all - I am personally very happy in my role in this great company and look forward to further development and greater opportunity in the future.
