Pros

Worst leadership ever.. They are all corrupt and unethical. The break state and federal laws and play catch up. They give you time off but you don't get to use it. The breach contracts and lie to clients and customers and don't live by their core values. If I wanted to go to hell I would continue to be apart of this leadership team.

Cons

In addition they treat their employees worse and talk about them lie they are number or animals. Leadership has no respect for them. They built a beautiful building to mask their sins. They don't pay their people what they owe I have seen it first hand as an executive. They have tried to get me to lie to clients and legal is allowed to break laws until they get it fixed.

Pros

You can work from home, which is great. The pay is decent.

Cons

Their products are bad, most of the reps don't know what they are selling most of the time. Customers are told they can go anywhere with their certificates, but that's not really true. There are huge restrictions, and most of the time people don't get what they were expecting. There is a huge markup on other products, such as tickets to shows and other items, but customers are being told that they are getting a great deal, which is a blatant lie. They have so many fronts and fake companies, such as governmentvacationrewards, which sells to military families. There are no real discounts, it's all the same. They are duping soldiers into thinking they are getting a good deal. Half the time no one knows what they are doing, the training is poor, the products are convoluted, complicated, full of restrictions. They will fire you if you complain, and they have no flexibility like most other call centers. One of my co-workers got fired because she got sick, and she'd been there for four years. These people are thieves, liars, manipulators, and heartless. Save yourself, and stay away.

Pros

The opportunity to finally sit back and watch Mother Karma do to those narcissists what they did to their loyal employees. What did you think was going to happen? Locusts? Coronavirus is your "locusts"....and it's a joy watching you self centered white collar crooks sink like the Titanic ....couldn't happen to a better group of people!! To any of you nay-sayers... please ask management how much P3 they pay the few 'sheep' they have left to lie on these review sites! I would be very curious to know, as they are selling their souls for the almighty dollar...just like those who bribed them to LIE!

Cons

All of the above, isn't that obvious?
