Pros

Amazing international team, great product with very interesting customers. Company cares about employees and there's a lot of flexibility. The company is designed for remote work which makes it quite a unique experience.

Cons

There's a lot of work to do so the job can be demanding (not necessarily a bad thing but can get stressful at times).

Pros

Everyone is extremely friendly a down to earth. I'm fairly new, but I like the CEO and all of management. They give you the freedom and the tools to be successful.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons so far. You need to be self-driven though, and remote work can feel isolating sometimes.
