Pros

A genuinely good product that customers love. Extremely varied customer use cases which makes every day different. Lots of clever people on the team that are fun to work with.

Cons

Entering a new phase of growth for the company so some challenges on the process side of things. but that is improving.

Pros

- Remote first - Team is generally built of very capable and clever people - Well designed product with a good user experience

Cons

- Limited experience within the leadership team, lack of assumed responsibility - Ineffective at allocating resources, refusal to hire into teams that are required to grow, e.g. marketing - Still distracted by shiny things rather than focusing on growth, many products within the company yet the priorities are still hazy despite a recent heavy restructure - Easy to coast, i.e. put little effort in and remain unnoticed
