      Pros

      Besides the great employee disount and the good location of headquarters, the company has a fun dot com environment but without the 24/7 stress.

      Cons

      A lot of fast growth this past year (2008) made for a lot of work with very little time. In addition, it felt like the company was going in many different directions and it didn't feel like we were working towards the same goal.

      Passionate people: most people working at Bare love their jobs and love the product. They care about the company and the work that they're doing. tightly knit community: people know each other here. Culture is strong - must be a good fit. senior management that cares: Leslie Blodgett has been w/ the company for quite a while now. very dedicated to what she does. Smart cookie. Her consumers are obsessed with her. fast moving company: Bare is going places excellent product: mineral makeup revolution began by Bare competitive industry: the beauty industry is quite concentrated, especially the prestige sector entrepreneurial environment: lends creativity
