Pros

getting to go home at the end of the day

Cons

beMarketing is run in a way that feels chaotic, controlling, and deeply discouraging. Brandon's "leadership" operates with an unchecked ego and little accountability, creating a culture of fear and blame instead of collaboration and respect. Employees are treated as numbers, not people, and the constant micromanagement makes it nearly impossible to do your job with any sense of autonomy or trust. The company’s priorities are clear: appearances and profits over people and quality. Promises made to clients and staff rarely align with reality, and the gap between what’s sold and what’s actually delivered is staggering. If you take pride in your work, it’s demoralizing to watch quantity consistently prioritized over quality. The tools and systems in place are outdated and unreliable, but rather than address these issues, leadership prefers to shift blame onto employees. Every computer also runs Teramind, a hidden tracking software that monitors your every move and collects analytics that boil you down to a cost-per-employee number. It’s a constant reminder that you’re not trusted, just watched. The result is an exhausting, thankless environment where creativity and morale go to die. The company may advertise small perks like “summer Fridays,” but they’re meaningless in a culture this toxic. If you value integrity, respect, and sanity, you’ll want to steer clear of this place.

Pros

Summer Fridays, and a waffle maker

Cons

These people will bait you into thinking it’s an amazing work culture until you get there and realize quickly there’s a reason the hiring process is so easy. The extremely high turnover rate speaks for itself. Clients leave just as fast as the employees. CEO is a psychopath who belittles employees daily while upper management not only supports him but cowers and pathetically defends his actions. No one gets raises or promotions. They give you a personalized backpack or a tumbler instead. They hold mandatory team outings and “town halls” where Brandon kills 10 trees worth of paper for quiz like summer camp activities. They praise mediocrity to the highest degree and beat down quality employees until they crack. Then they punish them for cracking. The whole culture is bizarre and will drive you crazy. They have monitoring devices on all computers that track your body heat so they can try to dock your paycheck if they suspect you’ve worked 39 hours instead of 40. They make you come in from 830am-5:00 to make up for a 30 minute lunch. You’re a salary employee but they’re clocking your lunch break like you work at the mall. They hire you with a list of responsibilities and a job description that will change whenever they feel like it. They don’t pay you overtime. They claim to have snacks but they don’t. They’ve have had the same 6 bottles of dollar store soda in the kitchen for a year and a half. More lies.
