Please note, this is my experience on the Key Account (sales) team therefore, I cannot speak to what occurs in other departments. A big part of managing people is helping them grow and develop. Unfortunately, management is not for everyone. My experience at beeline Group was traumatizing and I would not recommend to anyone. During my SHORT time at beeline Group some of the comments that were directly made were the following: - Don’t expect to have your hand held during training (this was said on my first week!) - Work on the report in the evening. - We are a flexible company, take the PTO but in exchange, respond to emails at 7:00 pm. - Since we work from home and don’t have to commute to the office, beeline expects you to work in the evenings. The company promotes work-life balance however, my experience was far from it. My boundaries were disrespected multiple times.
