Pros

Colleagues a very supportive, collaborative, and everyone wants each other to succeed. If you send emails on the evenings or weekends, people will tell you to stop - the expectation is you work hard and contribute at your top potential during work hours and then check out an enjoy your life. Growing company with invested owners. Privately owned - not answering to "need it NOW" shareholders

Cons

Small team (in North America) means each person has a pretty broad scope and often may be the only person who can do what they do. So there's several single points of failure and if someone leaves it creates a lot more work for those parallel to the now-open position.

SBU team is wonderful!

Pros

Everyone apart of the SBU team has been so welcoming! We have people from all over, and we get to communicate across teams constantly. The DM's & MM's out in the field tell me how much they love their flexibility, so I'd recommend getting into Beeline at any level. Leadership is constantly working to improve operations & they welcome all employee feedback. Working hybrid is an amazing perk too! :) I never work after-hours because everyone here respects your work/life balance. I love it here!

Cons

I like seeing everyone's faces so I wish we were in the office more, but the hybrid flexibility works out so well for people with families, long commutes, etc., so it works out for the best this way!
