Pros

Beeline is a breath of fresh air amongst retail companies where you’re just a number. Opinions count, feedback counts, no fear of making mistakes or being micro-managed, flexible working hours, a friendly and relaxed working atmosphere and weekends off.

Cons

Seeing as the main head office is based in Cologne there aren’t too many progression opportunities.

Hours get cut. They make decisions and then change their minds so you do the work and have to redo then get in trouble for going over hours.
