-The hourly rate could be better. Given that you do have a fair amount of responsibility to look after and maintain your designated stores.
- Not much room to make up to full time hours. Contracts are usually 14hours or less a week. Unless you are promoted to a manager where it is full time and salaried.
- You are not paid for any over time, should you work longer than your set contracted hours. If you do end up working too many extra hours, then this is balanced out by giving you those hours off (finish early or skip a service) to make up the overtime hours. Or if there was a great amount of overtime owned, then you would take it off as holiday.
