6yHi there. We're glad you've enjoyed the flexible hours, challenging nature of the job and the independent work that we are able to provide. As for the cons - our pay is competitive to other retailers but we are always analyzing compensation. Retail is forever changing and can vary from day to day especially during peak seasons which may cause confusion at times. Please reach out to your manager and/or HR to discuss how can we support your more with the consistency of supply of goods.
