Pros

Downtown area (near a subway station). People who work there (except for management).

Cons

Its Downtown... Pay does not equal effort given (they work you like a cow being milked in a factory then when you can't produce 1000% anymore they send you to the slaughter house to be cut, chopped, then sold on the market for the lowest bidder). Management suuuuuuucks (where to start. First off I don't wanna toot my own horn but I swear I can do their jobs 1000 times better. They are incompetent to say the very least, and do not know how to manage people at all. I think a requirement to be a manger there is that you had to say yes to everything senior management said or you did a little "service" for them. That being said, managers develop a sense of delusion of grandeur and think themselves better than those under them. They attempt to "listen" to their employees concerns but then do nothing about it or even worse, the opposite of what is being said. There is a huge discord between employee and employer and I don't think there can be anything done about it unless they fire all low to mid level management and maybe pay the employees for what they actually give out for the company. Maybe upper management can see this and do a purge of their subordinate managers that way they can wipe off, root to stem the poison that's affecting their hard working employees.

Pros

Co workers - got the pleasure of working with some great people

Cons

Every move you make is micromanaged to the point it becomes suffocating. Appreciation is never shown when you have to stay late or do overtime. However if you show up one minute late (literally) , it will be held against you. Management puts way too much pressure on employees to sell which creates a fearful and depressing work atmosphere. You get interrogated and harassed if you call in sick. Pay is low. Team leaders stand around and talk to each other all day and delegate their work to agents. Contest and employee engagement events are very kindergarten like.

Pros

Lots of employee gatherings, but that are a little cult like.

Cons

Team Leaders and Managers are like a bunch of brainwashed high school kids in an exclusive group. Only catch is, they are paid very well - while the rest of us early sub-industry wages. I don't mind so much that we're giving a lot of clients pretty bad deals, but when they do it to their own employees and lie to our faces, it's really insulting.
