-Great pay, especially for full time students -Paid vacation hours and sick days -Great corporate environment -paid training

Cons

-Hours are not flexible- minimum 21.5 hours/week -Workforce team is not very clear with the required hours and timing of shifts, during the interview things are mentioned which aren't pulled through when the actual job starts -Part-time agents aren't as valued -getting time off is much harder for part-time agents -part-time agents must work all stat holidays -work schedules are given very late, can be frustrating for students
