Very busy, never enough staff per claim volume. Limited ability to learn new skills, but if you want to start somewhere, here will give you the basics to go forth and learn bigger more complex types of claims.

Overall can’t complain. Good environment. Opened more locations more accessible for employees.

Cons

Heavily focused on sales. Very tiring and draining being on the phones all day. Feels hard to leave a sales job cause that’s where a lot of the incentives are.
