      Pros

      Its has a lot of potential to be a friendly atmosphere. They try really hard to be on the best employers list.

      Cons

      To much favoritism, and everyone can see it, it can never stop because everyone wants to be on their good side. if you speak up you are blacklisted

      Pros

      - Great coworkers: I truly enjoyed going to work every day, not because of the work, but because of my coworkers - Fun atmosphere & great recognition: Although people complain about the lack of recognition each and every day, belairdirect truly does a great job of creating a fun atmosphere full of rewards and recognition for their employees. I urge those who currently work there to not take this for granted - it's probably the best you'll find.

      Cons

      - Management is generally inexperienced and not qualified or skilled at providing leadership, coaching or motivation - They are not open to employees who have opinions or strong morals/ethics. If you see/hear/feel that something is not working or needs to be changes, you better keep your mouth shut or they'll find some way of getting rid of you. - Salaries are insanely low (being in a different company now, I can't believe I settled for what they were paying me there - They are very sales oriented, so if you're not in a sales position, expect to be treated as a second-class employee - They are a bit unethical - using questionable methods of gaining customer and competitive information for analysis
