- Great, young culture, good coworkers - Opportunities to advance, a lot of promotion within - Career Development encouraged in Insurance field

Cons

- high workload, work life balance not a priority - night shifts for newer agents - sometimes difficult to get vacation time off, etc - found the pay varied a lot across the floor
