Pros

Great atmosphere overall, with a focus on training and employee engagement. Belair really tries to develop their employees within a call centre environment. The connection to Intact means lots of opportunities if you want to develop within the industry.

Cons

Disconnect from Senior management to the sales floor. Can be a stressful environment if you are having difficulties with aspects of your performance.
