Paid training to get your insurance license with no restrictions. Great benefits and unlimited sick days with justification.

Cons

No matter how well you perform, if you are not friends with the higher ups and kiss a lot of behind you will not get what you want.

Pros

Nice people, good benefits. Location is nice but if you are concerned with what you eat there is little around to help.

Cons

Salaries are the lowest hear, will often promise the opportunity of negotiation at certain periods but will never follw through. Company preaches transparency but offers little or none to staff. Management is much like high school clique where if they are not fond of you, they will ensure little career movement. Would highly advise to pass on an opportunity with this company.

Good benefits, great social events, lots of food and candy!

Cons

The pay is less compared to same positions with other employers in the industry. Extremely sales driven, constant reviews and expected to put in writing how you contribute to the company's profitable growth. At the beginning and during training they tell you focus should be on customer service but once on the floor, you realize they make sales the priority, so its very deceiving. Poor work/life balance
