Pros

good benefits right from the start, young(er) colleagues, big desk, two monitors, not sales driven

Cons

low salary, unpaid 1 hour lunch (paid 7h for 8h workday or paid 8h for 9h workday), strict adherence to logging in by the minute, limited advancement opportunities, unrealistic scores to measure performance, team leaders are never around when you need them, very busy queue, favoritism when assigning special projects, consistently being stuck at work well after shift ends or when the call centre is closed, flex time that can never be used, working long hours with no short breaks in between, office politics, high stress environment

Pros

great opportunity for a uni student while studying very accomadating to students generally speaking some nice people, they treat you well

Cons

not much room for growth, not a place for an innovator or someone with a lot of drive but hey, it's not rocket science
