      Pros

      Pay is descent, work/life balance, management seem great. Benefits are good as well.

      Cons

      The training to be licensed as an insurance agent is not long enough, nor is it taught very clearly. The trainer was doing more chatting in teams or self studying than actually explaining and training us to be fully prepared for the exam. Alot of the training mock exam question weren't even on the OTL exam.

      The workplace was somewhat far but there is nothing I could do about that.
