Pros

You can hang up on customers, forget to send out information and the complaint process is so long most clients don’t go through it.

Cons

Managers are jerks and are on power trips.

Pros

There are a few very friendly people that work here. The company will pay you to get your insurance license. Take the studying seriously it is an extremely difficult exam. However, once you've been working there for a few months you better get sales or your gone. Having said that, if you can survive there are really great benefits and the culture can be good if you're very outgoing.

Cons

I luckily was a natural at sales and became acceptable to them for a year. Sadly, the nepotism and internal politics were terrible. If you aren't willing to go out eating with them or spend your own time off becoming their personal friends then you're not going to last long.

Not a good place to work

Pros

They give you dry bagels and call it a bagel bar.

Cons

- On Saturdays, the manager on duty would routinely ask people who were in ACW for "too long" why they were in ACW. He would do this in a Skype group of more than 30 people and call out the people by name. instead of private messaging them. - Nothing is ever good enough for this company. Example Your ACW is at 350 and should be at 200. After 1 month you get it down to 300, your manager will never encourage you on your progress but instead will remind you that your numbers are not good enough.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We invest a great deal in our employees and our company values of respect and integrity are very important to us, with our managers being trained to live these values and guide their employees to success. We’re sorry to read you don’t feel that your manager has followed these principles. While we are not commission-based we strive to offer competitive salaries and there is a bonus for all employees, not only in Sales, based on personal objectives and company objectives. We are committed to creating a healthy workplace environment, and we're sorry to read you don't feel this way. We take all comments seriously and we encourage you to speak with your HR rep to address the issues you’ve identified and help pave the way for positive change if needed.
