Also, great to see as well all to efforts made around diversity, equity and inclusion so that employees feel respected and valued for who they are and what they bring.

Cons

It's a fast-paced environment, but recruiters are transparent with you from the start. Things move fast, so it's probably not a good fit for everyone, but if you are up for it, you'll see that the environement brings amazing opportunities to try new things and tackle new challenges. It's very exhilarating!
