Pros

Decent pay and decent training. Many team leaders are nice. Competent trainers.

Cons

Not as much support after training. Hardly any breaks between calls. Not enough time allocated to write proper notes on files. You have to take new calls until your last minute of your shift. If your last call is a bind, I hope you have nothing planned after work.
