Managers do no micromanage unless you give them a reason to.

Cons

No one I've talked to is satisfied working here. The lack of training is concerning, it seems like the blind leading the blind The amount of stress and overwhelming workload for at least 6 months out of the year does not justify the low pay. The company is growing rapidly but the staff isn't. The company definitely needs to focus on improving the service before taking on any additional clients.

Awful people, awful company, awful culture

None. Unless you are an inept manager. Then you get promoted while others get laid off that aren’t managers.

Cons

I ran before layoffs. But they literally laid off people the same week they public announced promotions in the time of COVID-19. The managers promoted are awful and abusive. The hours are insane. Expect no life outside of work. When you do try to leave they treat you like garbage. Clients are unhappy and promised the world, but they can’t figure out basic things. Don’t waste yours time.
