Friendly management Had monthly pot luck (on my team) and other teams would share if they had extra Would have food delivered for lunch when we had shorter lunches or long days during peak season. Nice co-workers

Please note that this is specific to the Client Service Analyst role +Generally good coworkers +Benefits are decent, with good range of options +Vacation requests are honored so long as made in advance +Company is stable and not going anywhere in the next several years +Generally well organized Generally speaking, the stability of the department I was in was fairly high, for better and worse. The company was formerly known as benefitexpress until being acquired by Wex about midway through my career. There is a good culture of feeling free to ask supervisors and coworkers questions that may arise and my experience with coordinating with IT and COBRA departments was that it was generally smooth.

Cons

-Very poor work/life balance for part of year due to annual enrollment cycle -High turnover rate of new hires; about 50% of new hires in our group were not present after three months -General impression was that the company was interested in expanding the client list but not as interested in bringing on additional employees to handle the additional workload -Pay raises were not satisfactory The general stability again shows up here; our department had the feeling of being understaffed for nearly the entirety of my time at the company and while my workload was about 41 hours a week, it steadily increased and led to near burnout and 50+ hour weeks for the remainder of my time with the company. Statements to the multiple supervisors over that same time were met with only temporary reductions at best and were brushed aside at worst. Multiple years, the annual raise was less than the annual rate of inflation, leading to a pay decrease as a result.
