Pros

You will always be learning something new, at pace The people outside of upper management are some of the smartest people you'll meet in the industry.

Cons

The company, like many, has become A.I driven and has dropped it's concern for people and their welfare. There's no monitoring in place to observe the ethics or punishing ways that upper management are treating their, very good workers. Bonuses are now taken away or reduced at the drop of a hat and pay rises are below any sort of standard despite company success and the hard work, staff put in. Extremely micromanaged.
