Pros

Good wages, nice office, but working in small cubicles. Good canteen with heavily discounted lunches, or £5 to spend on lunch, dependant on role.

Cons

Long hours, as you will attend so many meeting, that will eat into your working day, then you have to catch up om the work that you needed to do that day. I usually spent between 2 to 4 hours a day in meetings, which honestly were not always needed. Daily working was always the bet365 way, and not interested in any other industry standard way of working, so don't bother to suggest anything as it wont be listened to. Do not like people talking to each other when working.
