Pros

Hybrid scheme (that is going to be removed sadly); salary (2500 EUR net per 4 weeks); good procedure library and department communication and help; twilight shifts for those who can work 12 hours and nights.

Cons

Shifts (rotating between 9-17:30 and 13:15-21:45); constant increase of workload and license coverage; bonus is only in April; weekly quality reviews (high stress); high expectations; high employee turnover; bad management.

Bad company culture and toxic management

Pros

Stable but very slow working environment that tries to act as a startup

Cons

Very bad micromanager, and work is disrespected and fixed all the time without my knowledge. This company has a lot of entitled individuals who have an inflated ego and it’s hard to change when the culture is like this from bringing people over who has worked here for 20+ years.
