Very micromanaged, favoritism and training is nothing like being in the department. You will struggle if you do not have the skills (communication, writing, people).

Ample time off of 6 weeks. But have to request a month in advance.

Cons

No on site parking. Required to park far away and walking at 10pm at night to my car in an iffy neighborhood alone as a female is scary. The work schedule is all over the place even though it’s given to you a few weeks in advance. Days off are not consecutive. Kiss your weekends good bye. Management ops to hire younger employees.
