Cons

Very stressful, helicopter supervising, benefits were the worst, no open door policy to upper management, and much much more.

Fast growing company with significant opportunities for new and existing employees. Great benefits package with average to above average compensation for most positions. For IT staff, you get to work with the latest technologies which is a significant advantage.
