Pros
I feel like the company cares about its employees. The company has been very successful and has grown at a rapid pace, so there are a lot of opportunities for employees to take on new responsibilities. biBERK has just a few hundred employees, so it does have a small business feel, while also having the stability and perks that come with being part of Berkshire Hathaway. I think management is quite flexible with employees.
Cons
Just like with any company growing at a fast pace, there are growing pains. Also, insurance isn't the most exciting industry.
