      Pros

      I’ve always felt valued at bp as a graduate with my development being a real priority. Caring and approachable teams & culture.

      Cons

      Change (& company “restructures”) happen regularly so get used to them. Sometimes there is a lack of responsibility / worthwhile projects given to commercial graduates and not much scope for worldwide travel for work or transfers abroad.
