Pros

Leadership team are impressive and genuinely care about their people and making progress on bp's ambitions. The people are fantastic and it's generally a very nice/friendly culture. Flexible working is encouraged.

Cons

Since the restructure, there are fewer people, but the workload has barely changed so there are a lot of people who feel very over-worked.
