BP offers great terms and conditions and offers a variety of job types across a range of disciplines. They are a international company so can offer some overseas opportunities but don't bank on it. The work can be interesting and there are always exciting challenges to deal with.

Cons

They are a company who are forever redesigning themselves in terms of organisational construct so there are a lot of reorganisations. They can also still be quite beaurecratic although they have regularly tried to simplify themselves but there is work to be done.
