      Pros

      Technical and serious work going on daily but the environment is so pleasant, you won't feel it! To a certain extent- workers have the ability to be promoted. Work from home twice a week, less workload, friendly environment Management keeps bringing new perks and making innovative moves to keep staff members happy!

      Cons

      Not that I can think of really. Last I remembered, it was a really great experience. Promotion rate can be higher
