Pros

Multinational with global opportunities and good collaboration. Diverse workforce with lots of engineering activities from research to maintenance to design.

Cons

Complex systems that needs to be simplified. Organisation on certain sites still siloed. Inconsistency across different sites due to legacy systems.

Pros

Good package, lots of learning opportunities and well structured training programme for graduates.

Cons

Little to no say in base location and career path. They will move you around yearly with very little help if it suits them.

Pros

It was getting the job done , with paper work and safety slow destroying a once fantastic company. Letting budgets take over.

Cons

Listening to managers/ engineers with little or no experience telling you how to complete a job you've completed for over 20 years
