Pros

- people are nice - sometimes you get to go out for a goodbye lunch - sometimes you can work from home

Cons

- so check this out, let's put a limit on spending like going out to lunch or something small but let's let people continue to travel for useless meetings 3-5000 miles away; hypocrites - office space is for sardines absolutely no privacy - you will never move up unless you kiss buttocks and subserve yourself to your boss or bosses boss, and then finally you think ok i'm get promoted, nope, not until you interview for a promotion - r u serious? - re-org every year people are walking around terrified to lose their jobs - one person does the job of 5

Pros

Pay and benefits are ok not the best

Cons

Management doesn't listen to employees. Morale is very low. They would rather have non union contractors instead of a union work force. Insurance is expensive and goes up every year.
