Great benefits (salary, medical & health options, vacation, education). Good, smart co-workers. Generally engaging work. Some opportunities to move locations. Some flexibility around work hours and tele-commuting.

Cons

Relatively frequent organizational changes which create ongoing job insecurity. Employees can be treated like interchangeable pieces. Some policies are more preached that practiced.
