Pros

Generous compensation and benefits package; employee oriented; international; strong diversity and inclusion policy; learning organization; open door policy; good 401k, pension plan and severance policy.

Cons

Who you know matters. Organizational structure is too political; constantly changing environment is frustrating; inconsistent organizational culture.

Pros

Great team and people overall in the company. Lots of different work that keeps you busy and nothing too monotonous. Great pay and hours.

Cons

Nothing too technical to work on. Dealt a lot with suppliers which can be good and bad, but overall would have rather worked within the company more

Pros

Great benefits, great pay but the best asset are the great coworkers.

Cons

Oil price effects job security substantially and office politics determine who stays and who goes.
