Pros

Pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

Managment has NO field experience, and they try to micro manage everyone. Certain people of authority have no qualifications to be where they are at. Company would rather think everything is “happy/good” instead of addressing problems that arise. Nepotism is very overhweeming here.

Pros

Great employee benefits. Company has potential to be great. Safety first is embraced. Ability to telecommute depending on manager. Certain managers are good but can be handcuffed by red tape at higher levels.

Cons

Questionable culture. Work in silos. Many seemed to be treading water until certain benefit milestones are hit or until something better comes along. Strategy and goals often don't align. Sometimes the overall point is missed because there is too much focus on details.

Pros

A) Excellent pay and benefits. B) Experience gained working with field operations was invaluable, second to none.

Cons

1) Weak mid-level management. Company standards inconsistently enforced and often bypassed in many areas. 2) Target fixation on short-term profitability, at the expense of long-term viability. 3) Excessive cronyism. 4) Most of my team has found other employment.
