Pros

Great company to work for with fantastic pay and benefit programs. Office is modern and bright. Remote work is great.

Cons

Not quite as laid back as it used to be but that is due to change of management within the smaller team.

Great pay with lots of benefits

Pros

The pay at BP is high, especially for the area. There is usually a good amount of overtime that can be worked and anything after 8 hours is considered overtime, not 40 hours like a lot of places. Good benefits with a pension and a matching 401k.

Cons

Micro managed. The benefits are good but when it comes time to using some of them you have to jump forward and backwards through hoops. Discretion for frontline supervisors has pretty much disappeared and pretty much controlled by upper management. “Point system” is a joke.
