Pros

Its a well known brand name.

Cons

Office in the middle of nowhere. Rude unprofessional invasive background checks which continue for 7 years. Low bonus, average pay, low amount of holiday time. no transparency of communication. Company is focused on protecting itself more than protecting its employees. There is always allot of paper work to get anything done.

Pros

Many customer incentives, great prices, room for improvement, need more credit card offers, needs to upgrade systems to make transactions a little more smooth

Cons

Too many hours, not an easy work/life balance, no separation of duties implemented, workload is laid on one person, not enough passion

Pros

Great work life balance, wonderful benefits, lots of training.

Cons

Turning into a call center mentality, hiring at lowest possible pay now, scrambling to find office supplies. In short, since the oil spill, all "perks" of an office such as post it notes or the occasional free pizza are all but gone. Every penny is pinched at the employee level, yet upper management still spend like rock stars.
